Terms of Service

The service

MyChitoWork, operated by Futurize Now Consulting, is a job-search workspace: pipeline tracking, AI-assisted resumes, cover letters, outreach, and interview preparation. You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account information.

Your content

Everything you upload or create — resumes, stories, drafts, contacts — remains yours. You grant us only the license needed to store and process it to run the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of materials you send to employers; always review AI output before using it. AI suggestions can be wrong.

Plans and billing

MyChitoWork is free and includes a fixed allowance of AI credits. MyChitoWork Guide and MyChitoWork Coach are monthly subscriptions billed through Stripe, each with its own monthly credit allowance; unused credits do not roll over. You can cancel anytime from Settings — access continues to the end of the billing period. If a payment fails and is not resolved, your account returns to the free plan; your data is not deleted.

Acceptable use

• No scraping, reselling, or automated bulk access to the service
• No uploading content you don't have the right to use
• No using AI features to generate misleading or fraudulent application materials
• No attempting to access other users' data or circumvent usage limits

Disclaimers

MyChitoWork helps you run a better search; it does not guarantee interviews, offers, or employment outcomes. The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect. You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.
